Legent Health Appoints Mia Stillman as Chief People Officer

PLANO, TX – October 28, 2026 –  Legent Health is proud to announce the appointment of Mia Stillman as Chief People Officer.

Mia brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in complex, multisite healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as CHRO at Focal Point Care and VitalCaring Group, where she led HR strategy through periods of growth, integration, and operational alignment. Previously, she served as CHRO at Ventra Health and Cornerstone Healthcare Group. She began her HR career at Resurrection Healthcare in Chicago, where she held several roles before joining Kindred Healthcare.

Mia holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University and an M.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Predictive Index Analyst and a Certified Servant Leadership Trainer.
